This card is made from embossed, pierced and cut-out parchment, mounted on pale blue card but you could use any colour you like.

This particular card was made on a folded piece of parchment, the left-hand edge of the "ribbon" being placed on the fold and the parchment secured to the back of the card with double-sided tape.
